Order Confirmation:

An order confirmation number is automatically generated for online orders. Upon the successful completion of your online order, you will receive an email containing comprehensive information about your order.

If you haven't received your Order Confirmation, there's no need to worry. Our dedicated team is here to assist you. For help, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customercenter@leblanca.com with the subject line "Order Verification."

Typically, a "Payment Pending" status arises when the payment is unsuccessful.

Handling Payment Failures:

Payment failures can occur for various reasons. Kindly provide your pertinent details, and if possible, attach a screenshot illustrating the problem.

Unable to Retry Payment or Didn't Receive a Payment Failure Email?

To avoid duplication, we recommend refraining from reordering. Instead, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customercenter@leblanca.com with the subject line "Payment Pending," and we'll promptly send you a link for another payment attempt.

Paid but Order Status Not Updated after 24 Hours?

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Regrettably, once your order is successfully placed, we are unable to accommodate further changes. This includes upgrades to the shipping method or adjustments to the quantity of items in your order. We strongly advise thoroughly reviewing your cart and shipping information before proceeding to checkout to prevent any complications. It's important to note that LEBLANCA cannot assume responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

Delivery:

Wondering how to track your order? Your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from LEBLANCA'S warehouse. Soon, you can expect an email update from us, which will include a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please allow approximately 72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Options and Estimated Shipping Times:

  • U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days
  • Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, holidays, and unexpected events, such as extreme weather conditions.
  • Deliveries are processed on weekdays, except for public holidays.
